Pakari Aged Cheddar paired with Thyme Roasted Grapes
For a taste of indulgence, team up Pakari Aged Cheddar with thyme roasted grapes, lavosh crackers and a sprinkle of Dukkha. The intense sweetness of the grapes paired with the tang and creamy flavour of Pakari Aged Cheddar make for perfection. To roast the grapes, mix 1 tbsp of fresh thyme, 2 tbsp of olive oil and 5 tbsp of balsamic vinegar. Drizzle over the grapes and roast for 20 mins at 160°C or until the grapes start to burst. Serve with a tipple of your favourite red.
